Call to Order - Private Prayer/Moment of Reflection: Councillor Hall assumed the Chair and called the meeting to order. 2. Agenda Approval: a) Motion to Approve the Agenda. Motion No. HRC170517-1 Moved by Coutanche, Seconded by Hall Time: 12:38 p.m. It is recommended that the agenda for the Human Resources Committee meeting of Wednesday May 17, 2017 be received and approved. 3. Carried. 5. Closed Session Items: a) Motion to go In Closed Session.
