Deputy Mayor Hough called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m. and explained the public meeting is being is being held in accordance with Section 34, of the Planning Act, to obtain public comment with respect to a proposed Zoning Amendment Application. The purpose of Application 2017-ZBA-02 is to permit an accessory apartment dwelling unit which is to be located in a detached accessory building on the same lot on which there is an existing single detached dwelling.
