1. Call to Order - Moment of Reflection:
Mayor H.S. Hughes assumed the Chair and called the meeting to order.
2. Adoption of Agenda:
a) Motion to Adopt the Agenda.

Be it resolved that the agenda for the Council meeting of Wednesday, May 3, 2017 be
received and adopted.

2017 be received and adopted as printed and circulated.

Be it resolved that By -Law No. 2017-055: Being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the
Council meeting held on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 be read a first, second and third time,
passed, be engrossed by the Deputy Clerk, signed and sealed by the Mayor.
