Councillor Hall assumed the Chair and called the meeting to order.
2. Agenda Approval:
a) Motion to Approve the Agenda.

It is recommended that the agenda for the Human Resources Committee meeting of

4. Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting:
a) Minutes of Human Resources Committee meeting held on Wednesday, September 14,
2016.

It is recommended that the draft minutes of the Human Resources Committee meeting
held on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 be approved as printed and circulated, as
amended to revise the roll call and Item 5d) to read Mr. John Sloan, Potential
Consultant.

5. Closed Session Items:
a) Motion to go In Closed Session.

It is recommended that we do now go in Closed Session at 3:38 p.m. to discuss

It is recommended that we do now Rise at 4:40 p.m. and Report on Closed Session

It is recommended that the confidential verbal information / confidential correspondence
dated October 5, 2016 and presented by Robin Dunn, CAO, re: Labour
relations/employee negotiations (Organizational Realignment/Compensation) be
received; and that
i) the confidential draft correspondence re: Labour relations/employee negotiations
(Organizational Realignment) be brought forward to the October 12, 2016 Council
meeting; and that
ii) the confidential draft correspondence which documents the confidential verbal
information and confidential correspondence re: Labour relations/employee
negotiations (Compensation) be prepared and brought forward to the October 19
Special Council meeting for consideration.
