II II 11 ii ~ . ii " ~. 1.14 Expenses l.l5 Expenses incurred by staff, ego mileage associated with a project, will be charged directly to the applicant at a rate reflecting Township policy. Any person making application to the Ontario Municipal Board shall pay the applicable fees outlined by the Ontario Municipal Board and/or Planning Act, as amended. Please make all cheques payable to the Minister of Finance. pavrnent of Fees (a) Total is payable upon receipt of completed application form and prior to formal presentation of the Planning Advisory Committee, Committee of Adjustment and/or Council. Applicant pay all costs associated with development including Ontario Municipal Board hearings and objection fee. Such costs as they relate to lands subject to the Township of Oro's Official Plan Amendment No. 37, include the proportionate costs of the approval of Official Plan Amendment No. 37, for those lands which have not contributed to the Township, in accordance with the Official Plan Amendment No. 37, Cost Recovery Agreement, dated January 1993. That this By-law shall come into force and take effect on the final passing thereof.
