That Minor Variance Application 2017-A-10 by 12040600 Ontario Ltd. & Barbara Sinton, specifically to permit minimum front and exterior side yards of 3.75 metres (12.3 feet) and permit a minimum of 24 parking spaces on lands located at 3392 & 3396 Penetanguishene Road, be approved, as amended, to add "if required" after the word "widenings" in Condition 3b). 3. The Committee's Minor Variance decision becomes final and binding; ii. The applicant has obtained Site Plan Approval from the Township pursuant to Section 41 of the Planning Act; and iii. Council has passed a by-law to remove the Holding (H) provisions from the zoning of the subject lands. 4.
