Council and staff relocated to the Neufeld Room. The following staff were present: Robin Dunn, Chief Administrative Officer; Tamara Obee, Manager, Human Resources, Health & Safety. Carried. 6. Recognition of Achievements: a) Lieutenant Governor's Ontario Heritage Awards - Oro African Methodist Episcopal Church Preservation Project. The Township received two Lieutenant Governor's Ontario Heritage Awards for the Oro African Methodist Episcopal Church Preservation Project for Excellence in Conservation and Community Leadership. That the Township's development charge be increased as per Report No. F12017-06. 3. And that the said increases shall be effective March 1, 2017. Carried. c) Report No. OC2017-04, Shawn Binns, Director, Operations & Community Services re: Line 9 Bridge Replacement Tender Results. That Report No. OC2017-04, Shawn Binns, Director, Operations & Community Services re: Line 9 Bridge Replacement Tender Results be received and adopted. 2. That the tender for the Line 9 Bridge Replacement be awarded to Premier Concrete Inc. for the tendered amount of $1,082,938.49 (including HST). 3. And That the applicants who submitted tenders be advised of Council's decision, under the Director, Operations and Community Services' signature. Carried. That Report No. DS2017-13, Andria Leigh, Director, Development Services re: Parkland Requirements for Meadow Acres Subdivision, East Half of Lot 5, Concession 13, RP 51 R-29091, Parts, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 (Medonte), Application: 43-T-90082 be received and adopted. 2. That Council support the amendment to the existing Meadow Acres subdivision agreement to accept 100% cash in lieu of parkland and not a land dedication for park purposes. 3. That the required Subdivision Agreement be brought forward for Council's consideration. 4. And that the applicant be advised of Council's decision under the Director, Development Services' signature. That Report No. ES2017-02, Fred MacGregor, Manager, Environmental Services, Plant Operations & Maintenance, re: Water Service Connection Agreement - Two Lots on Maplewood Parkway - 1574826 Ontario Inc. (Stan Faynberg) be received and adopted. 2. That the Township of Oro-Medonte enters into a Water Service Connection Agreement with 1574826 Ontario Inc. (Stan Faynberg). 3. That the appropriate by-law be brought forward for Council's consideration. 4.
