BY-LAW NO. 95-102
A BY-LAW PRESCRIBING THE TARIFF OF FEES FOR PROCESS:ING PLANNING
APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS section 69 (1) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as
amended, provides that Council may by By-law prescribe a tariff of
fees for the processing of applications made in respect of planning
matters;
AND WHEREAS council deems it advisable to do so;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the corporation of the Township of
Medonte hereby enacts as follows:
1. That the following tariff of fees shall apply for the
processing of applications made in respect of planning matters
PRE-CONSULTATION APPLICATION
1.1 Amendment to the Official Plan
(a) Application fee
(b) Refundable deposit against
expenses and actual costs

1.2 Amendment to the zoning By-law

1.3 Plan of Subdivision

2. FORMAL DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION

5. By-Law Nos. 95-39 is hereby repealed.
6. That this By-law shall come into force and take effect on the
final passing thereof.
