Arsenio Paolucci asked for clarification on the number of waterfront lots.
John McDermot provided comments in support of the deferral, about the history of the
lots, that the application is not in accordance with the other lots, entrance/traffic
concerns and creating a building lot on the waterfront.
Gary Forsyth provided concerns the driveway strip would result in numerous tree
removal, drainage concerns to their dwelling, visual concerns and the cedar hedge
concerns.

Paul Barker provided concerns regarding deeded access to the property, Greenbelt
definition/lands, amount of water availability to a serviceable lot(s) and driveway
concerns.
Brenda Tasnadi provided concerns regarding the view, tree removal, privacy and road
concerns.
Andy Gemza provided driveway concerns, importance of vegetative buffer,
maintenance of trees, belief is lot is not buildable, requirement of minimum shoreline
length (submitted plan correspondence to staff) and conflict with the Township's Official
Plan and Lake Simcoe Protection Plan.
Paul Bowen questioned the shoreline residential zoning of the lands.
Paul Barker questioned the severance/boundary adjustment terminology.
