1995-009 To Rezone part of Lot 20, Concession 3, Township of Oro-Medonte (Formerly Township of Oro), County of Simcoe ,... THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE BY-LAW NO. 95- 09 BEING A BY-LAW TO REZONE PART OF LOT 20, CONCESSION 3, TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE (FORMERLY TOWNSHIP OF ORO), COUNTY OF SIMCOE WHEREAS Zoning By-law No. 1031 was enacted to regulate the use of land and the character, location and use of buildings and structures within the Township of Oro; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro- Medonte deems it appropriate to further amend By-law No. 1031, as amended; AND WHEREAS this By-law is in conformity with the Official Plan of the Township of Oro; AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, to the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte to exercise such powers; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: i l. Schedule "F", Map 4 to By-law 1031 for the Township of Oro, as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning those lands shown on Schedule "A", attached hereto, from the Agricultural (A) Zone to the Rural Residential (RUR) Zone and from the Agricultural (A) Zone to the Inherent Hazard Lands (OS2) Zone. Schedule "A", attached, forms part of this By-law. This By-law shall take effect and come into force pursuant to the provisions of and regulations made under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.
