Call to Order - Private Prayer/Moment of Reflection: Councillor Hall assumed the Chair and called the meeting to order. 2. Approval of Agenda: a) Motion to Approve the Agenda. Motion No. HRC160620-1 Moved by Coutanche, Seconded by Hughes It is recommended that the agenda for the Human Resources Committee meeting of Monday, June 20, 2016 be received and approved. Carried. 5. Closed Session Items: a) Motion to go In Closed Session.
