1995-076 To Rezone Part of Lot 1, Concession 4, Township of Oro-Medonte (formerly Township of Oro), County of Simcoe ,II q :1 '11 II I I 1 I I I I ~ I' THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE BY-LAW NO. 95-76 A By-law to Rezone Part of Lot 1, Concession 4, Township of Oro- Medonte (formerly Township of oro), county of Simcoe. WHEREAS Zoning By-law No. 1031 was enacted to regulate the use of land and the characterr location and use of buildings and structures within the Township of Oro; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro- Medonte deems it appropriate to further amend By-law No. 1031, as amended; AND WHEREAS this By-law is in conformity with the Official Plan of the Township of Oro; AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O'r 1990 c. P. 13, to the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte to exercise such powers. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Schedule "F"r Map 1 to By-law 1031 for the Township of oro, as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning those lands shown on Schedule "A"r attached heretor from the Rural (RU) Zone to a site Specific General Residential (RG-9) Zone. That Subsection 7.2.4r Exceptions, to By-law 1031r as amended, for the Township of Oro is amended by adding the following subsection thereto: 2. "7.2.4.9 Horseshoe Highlands Phase IIBr Part of Lot 1, Concession 4 Notwithstanding the provisions of section 7.2.2 (i) of this By-law, the lands comprised of Part of Lot 1r Concession 4, and zoned on Schedule "F" r Map 1 as RG-9 shall have lot frontages as follows: Lot 1r2,3 Lot 4 Lot 5 Lot 6 Lot 7 Lot 8 30 metres 25 metres 27 metres 25.75 metres 25.5 metres 25.5 metres and shall have a front yard setback of 7.0 metres for any detached garage." 3. Schedule "A"r attached, forms part of this By-law. 4. This By-law shall take effect and come into force pursuant to the provisions of and regulations made under the Planning Actr R.S.O'r 1990 c.
