Call to Order - Moment of Reflection: Mayor H.S. Hughes assumed the Chair and called the meeting to order followed by a moment of reflection. 2. Adoption of Agenda: a) Motion to Adopt the Agenda. Motion No. SC160720-1 Moved by Crawford, Seconded by Macpherson Be it resolved that the agenda for the Special Council meeting of Wednesday, July 20, 2016 be received and adopted. Carried. 3. (Braestone Subdivision, Phase 1A, Registered Plan 51 M-1070) [Refer to Item 6a)]. Motion No. SC160720-7 Moved by Jermey, Seconded by Coutanche Be it resolved 1. That Report No. DS2016-65, Andria Leigh, Director, Development Services re: Certificate of Substantial Completion and Acceptance (Municipal Underground Services) for Braestone Development Corporation Inc. (Braestone Subdivision, Phase 1 A, Registered Plan 51 M-1070) be received and adopted. 2. That the Township issue the Certificate of Substantial Completion and Acceptance (Municipal Underground Services) Braestone Subdivision, Phase 1 A, Registered Plan 51 M-1070 (Braestone Development Corporation), dated July 11, 2016. 3. That the appropriate By-law to authorize the issuance of the Certificate be brought forward for Council's consideration. 4. And That the applicant be advised of Council's decision under the Director, Development Services' signature. Carried. 6. By -Laws: a) By -Law No. 2016-115: A By-law to Authorize the Issuance of the Certificate of Substantial Completion and Acceptance (Municipal Underground Services) for Braestone, Plan 51 M-1070.
