Notice of Receipt of a Complete Application Notice of Particulars and Public Access Notice of Public Meeting for a Proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision and Amendment to the Zoning By-law of the Township of Oro-Medonte 2016-SUB-02&2016-ZBA-05 (South Shore Caden EstatesInc.) Take notice that the Township of Oro-Medonte deemed the following applications to be “Complete th Applications” under the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990 c. P. 13.on the 6day of June, 2016. And take noticethat the Council ofthe Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte will hold a Public Meeting on Thursday,July14, 2016, at 5:30p.m.in the Municipal Council Chambers. The purpose of the Public Meeting is to obtain public comments on aproposed Draft Plan of Subdivision andAmendment to the Zoning By-law, under Sections34and 51 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. P. 13. The subject lands,and applicable portions thereof, for Applications 2016-SUB-02and 2016- ZBA-05are located northof the Warminster Sideroad, east of Highway 12,having frontage on Demont Drive and Richelieu Road/Champlain Crescent.The subject lands are described as Part of West Half of Lot 6, Concession 14 (within the former Township of Medonte). A key map illustrating the location of the subject landsis included with this Notice. The purposeof Application 2016-SUB-02is to consider a proposal for a Draft Plan of Subdivision comprised of 50 single detached residential lots.Each of the proposed lots would have access to and frontage on a new internalroad network.A copy of the proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision is included with this Notice. The purposeof Application 2016-ZBA-05isto consider a proposal to amend Zoning By-lawNo. 97-95, as amended, by rezoning the subject lands fromthe current Agricultural/Rural Exception 15 (A/RU*15)Zone to the Residential One (R1) Zone.This zoning would facilitate the proposed draft Plan of Subdivision for the50 new lots to be developed in accordancewith the Residential One (R1) Zone provisions ofZoning By-law 97-95, as amended. And take further notice that pursuant to Sections34 (10.7) and 51 (19.4)of the Planning Act, the Applicationsarepart of the public record and are available to the public for viewing/inspection between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Township of Oro-Medonte Administration Building. We do not object to the Zoning By-law change or the Subdivision. As the subdivision would border on our property, I would have some questions that may not be answered at this time. Such as fence information, grading Etc. along the boundary line. If you have any information pertaining to this it would be gratefully appreciated. I understand the meeting is to ok the applications and a lot of this would occur later. As I requested to be notified of all decisions, would I be able to ask questions later or would it have to be done at the meeting? Thanks.
