Consent application 2016-B-01 proposes the creation of one (1) lot for future single detached residential use on the lands located at 257 Moonstone Road East. Zoning By- law Amendment application 2016-ZBA-02 proposes to rezone the severed parcel from Local Commercial (LC) Zone to Residential One Exception (R1 *##) Zone. Notice of the Public Meeting was mailed to landowners within 120 metres of the site on March 21, 2016 and a notice sign was posted on the subject property on or before March 21, 2016. Deputy Mayor Hough called the meeting to order at 7:22 p.m. and explained the public meeting has been called in accordance with Section 34, of the Planning Act, to obtain public comment with respect to a proposed Development Application. Zoning By-law Amendment application 2016-ZBA-03 proposes to rezone the lands located at 1705 Mount St. Louis Road East from Agricultural/Rural (A/RU) to a site specific Agricultural/Rural Exception (A/RU*##) Zone on the lands located at 1705 Mount St. Louis Road East. Notice of the Public Meeting was mailed to landowners within 120 metres of the specified site on March 18, 2016 and a notice sign was posted on the subject property on or before March 18, 2016.
