Councillor Macpherson assumed the Chair and called the meeting to order. 1. Adoption of Agenda: a) Motion to Adopt the Agenda Motion No. AAC151026-1 Moved by McKechnie, Seconded by Humphries It is recommended that the agenda for the Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting of Monday, October 26, 2015 be received and adopted. Adoption of Minutes of Previous Meeting: a) Minutes of Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting held on Monday, September 14, 2015. Motion No. AAC151026-2 Moved by Sanford, Seconded by McKechnie It is recommended that the minutes of Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting held on Monday, September 14, 2015 be received and adopted as printed and circulated. Carried. 4. Deputations: None. 5. Communications: None. 6. Reports of Municipal Officers: a) Report No. CSI -2015-10, Marie Brissette, Executive Assistant Mayor & Council/Special Project Coordinator re: 2015 Accessibility Accomplishments. Motion No. AAC151026-3 Moved by McKechnie, Seconded by Humphries It is recommended 1. That Report No. CSI -2015-10, Marie Brissette, Executive Assistant Mayor & Council/Special Project Coordinator re: 2015 Accessibility Accomplishments be received. 2. And That the 2015 Accessibility Accomplishments be forwarded to Council for their information and posted on the Township's website. Carried. Motion No. AAC151026-4 Moved by Humphries, Seconded by Sanford It is recommended 1. That the verbal information presented by Marie Brissette, Executive Assistant Mayor & Council/Special Project Coordinator re: Draft Work Plan — Review of Creating an Accessible Beach be received. 2. And that the Draft Work Plan — Review of Creating an Accessible Beach be brought forward to a future Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting. Carried. c) Marie Brissette, Executive Assistant Mayor & Council/Special Project Coordinator re: 2015-2016 Winter Meeting Schedule. Motion No. AAC151026-5 Moved by McKechnie, Seconded by Sanford It is recommended that the verbal information presented by Marie Brissette, Executive Assistant Mayor & Council/Special Project Coordinator re: 2015-2016 Winter Meeting Schedule be received. Motion No. AAC151026-6 Moved by Sanford, Seconded by Humphries It is recommended that the verbal information presented by Marie Brissette, Executive Assistant Mayor & Council/Special Project Coordinator and Doug Humphries, Committee Member re: Invitation to Attend ILS's Annual General Meeting, September 22, 2015 be received.
