a) Report No. DS2016-010, Adrianna Spinosa, Intermediate Planner re: Minor Variance
Application 2016-A-03 (Savidge/Marques), 9 Country Club Lane, Lot 26, Plan 1587.
The following correspondence was received: Township of Oro-Medonte Building
Division dated February 19, 2016.
Tracey Loston, agent on behalf of the applicant, was present.

It is recommended
1. That Report No. DS2016-010, Adrianna Spinosa, Intermediate Planner re: Minor
Variance Application 2016-A-03 (Savidge/Marques), 9 Country Club Lane, Lot 26,
Plan 1587 be received and adopted.
2. That Minor Variance Application 2016-A-03 by J. Savidge and N. Marques,
specifically to permit an addition with a decreased southerly interior side yard
setback of 1.0 metre on lands located in Plan 1587, Lot 26 (Oro), Township of Oro-
Medonte, known as 9 Country Club Lane, be approved.
3. That the following conditions be imposed on the Committee's decision:
a) That notwithstanding Table 131 of Zoning By-law 97-95, the proposed addition
shall otherwise comply with all other applicable provisions of the Zoning By-law.
b) That the proposed buildings/structures and landscaping on the property be
substantially and proportionally in conformity with the dimensions as set out on
the application and sketches submitted and approved by the Committee.
c) That an Ontario Land Surveyor may be required to verify by pinning the
foundation wall and verifying in writing by way of survey/real property report, prior
to the pouring of the footing and if no footing, the foundation, that the addition is
located no closer than 1.0 metre (3.3 feet) from the southerly interior side lot line.
d) That the appropriate Zoning Certificate, Certified Lot Grading Approval, and
Building Permit be obtained from the Township only after the Committee's
decision becomes final and binding, as provided for within the Planning Act
R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13.
4. And that the applicant be advised of the Committee's decision under the Director,
Development Services' signature.

1. That Report No. DS2016-011, Andria Leigh, Director, Development Services re:
Braestone Subdivision Registered Plan M-1070 — Request for Condominium
Exemption be received and adopted.
2. That the request from Braestone Development Corporation to register the north
portion of Block 60 on M -Plan (Plan 51 M-1070), as further identified as Part 1, on
draft Reference Plan, prepared by Zubek, Emo, Patten & Thomsen Ltd. dated
January 26, 2016 and part of Block 60 Registered Plan M-1070 on Draft Simcoe
Common Elements Plan, prepared by Zubek, Emo, Patten & Thomsen Ltd., as a
common elements condominium, be approved.
3. That the Township issue a Certificate of Exemption from Draft Plan Approval
(Condominium) pursuant to the Condominium Act, 1998, s.9(3)(b), for the north part
of Block 60 as identified on Draft Simcoe Common Elements Condominium Plan,
prepared by Zubek, Emo, Patten & Thomsen Ltd.
4. And that the applicant be advised of the Committee's decision under the Director,
Development Services signature.

Servicing Agreement with South Shore Isabella Estates Inc. for Draft Plan of

2. That the Township of Oro-Medonte enters into a Pre -Servicing Agreement with South
Shore Isabella Estates Inc.
3. That the appropriate by-law be brought forward for Council's consideration.
4. And That the owner be notified of the Committee's decision under the Director,
Development Services' signature.
