The following correspondence was received: Simcoe County District School Board dated January 19, 2016; Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority dated January 25, 2016; Bell Canada, Right of Way dated February 1, 2016. That Report No. DS2016-008, Derek Witlib, Manager, Planning Services re: Minor Variance Application, 2015-A-51 (Cook & Gilbert), 3508 Penetanguishene Road, West Part of Lots 42 & 43, Concession 1 (Flos), Township of Oro-Medonte be received and adopted. 2. That Minor Variance Application 2015-A-51 by Ambrose Cook and Marianna Gilbert, specifically to recognize a minimum lot frontage of 10 metres (32.8 feet) on lands located at 3508 Penetanguishene Road, in the West Part of Lots 42 and 43, Concession 1 (Flos), Township of Oro-Medonte, be approved. 3. That the following condition be imposed on the Committee's decision: a) That the development of the lands shall otherwise comply with all other applicable provisions of the Zoning By -Law. 4. That Minor Variance Application 2016-A-02 by Joseph Bailey and Lori Mitchinson Bailey, specifically to permit construction of an addition to a single detached dwelling with a decreased north interior side yard of 1.43 metres, a decreased front yard of 7.2 metres, and recognize an existing non -complying lot frontage of 15 metres, and recognize an existing lot area of 0.09 hectares, on lands located in Plan 728 Lot 9, Township of Oro-Medonte, known as 2369 Lakeshore Road East, be approved. 3. That the following conditions be imposed on the Committee's decision: a) That notwithstanding Table B1 of Zoning By-law 97-95, the proposed addition, otherwise comply with all other applicable provisions of the Zoning By-law; b) That the proposed buildings/structures and landscaping on the property be substantially and proportionally in conformity with the dimensions as set out on the application and approved by the Committee; c) That an Ontario Land Surveyor provide verification to the Township that the location of the proposed addition are in compliance with the Committee's decision by 1) pinning the foundation wall; 2) verifying by way of survey/real property report, prior to the pouring of the footing and if no footing, the foundation; d) That the applicant satisfy any permits and/or approvals required from the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority; e) That the appropriate Zoning Certificate, Engineered Lot Grading Plan, Septic Permit, and Building Permit be obtained from the Township only after the Committee's decision becomes final and binding, as provided for within the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13. 4. And that the applicant be advised of the Committee's decision under the Director, Development Services' signature. Carried. The following correspondence was received: County of Simcoe dated January 28, 2016; Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority dated January 29, 2016; Simcoe County District School Board dated January 19, 2016; Lehman & Associates for TransCanada dated January 29, 2016; Amber & Andrew McMaster received January 31, 2016; Bell Canada, Right of Way dated February 1, 2016; Jeff & Alison Campbell dated January 31, 2016; Don and Ina Rutherford received February 1, 2016; John Bamford received February 3, 2016. Clare Riepma, agent on behalf of the applicant, was present. John Bamford provided concerns regarding the protection of the quality and quantity of water supply given the close proximity of the application. And that the applicant be advised of the Committee's decision under the Director, Development Services' signature. Carried.
