1. Call to Order - Moment of Reflection:
In the absence of Mayor H.S. Hughes, Deputy Mayor Hough assumed the Chair and
called the meeting to order followed by a moment of reflection.
2. Adoption of Agenda:
a) Motion to Adopt the Agenda.

Be it resolved that the agenda for the Council meeting of Wednesday, February 3, 2016
be received and adopted.

Be it resolved that the draft minutes of the Council meeting held on Wednesday,
January 6, 2016 be received and adopted as printed and circulated.

b) Recommendations of the Development Services Committee meeting held on

Be it resolved that By -Law No. 2016-018: Being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of
the Council meeting held on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 be read a first, second and
third time, passed, be engrossed by the Deputy Clerk, signed and sealed by the Deputy
Mayor.
