required approvals for use of the Moonstone Road (County Road 19).
3. An exemption to By-law 2006-38 be granted for the Moonstone Santa Claus Parade
to be held on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at 1:OOpm, pending the approval of the
County of Simcoe.
4. That the organizing committee, Transportation Services, Fire & Emergency Services
and Municipal Law Enforcement Division be advised of Council's decision under the

Parade to be held on Sunday, December 20, 2015 at 2pm;
3. That the expenses for Paid Duty policing be approved and funded through the
Recreation & Community Services Department operating budget;

Services and Municipal Law Enforcement Division be advised of Council's decision
under the Director, Recreation & Community Services' signature.
