1. Adoption of Agenda:
In the absence of the Chair and the Mayor, Councillor John Crawford assumed the Chair and
called the meeting to order.

It is recommended that the draft minutes of Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting held on
Monday, August 10, 2015 be received and adopted as printed and circulated.

Living Services, re: Invitation to Attend ILS's Annual General Meeting, September 22, 2015.

Committee members without per diem be received.
3. And That Members Doug Humphries and Christina Sanford attend.

It is recommended
1. That the information presented by Donna Hewitt, Director, Corporate and Strategic
Initiatives, re: Draft 2014-2018 Multi -Year Accessibility Plan be received.
2. And That the Accessibility Advisory Committee recommends that the Draft 2014-2018 Multi -
Year Accessibility Plan be forwarded to Council for Council's consideration.
