Call to Order- Private Prayer/Moment of Reflection: Councillor Hall assumed the Chair and called the meeting to order. 2. Adoption of Agenda: a) Motion to Adopt the Agenda. Motion No. HR150326-1 Moved by Coutanche, Seconded by Hall It is recommended that the agenda for the Human Resources Committee meeting of Thursday, March 26, 2015 be received and adopted. Carried. 3. Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest: None declared. 4. Minutes of Previous Meeting: a) Minutes of Human Resources Committee meeting held on Thursday, February 26, 2015. Motion No. HR150326-2 Moved by Hall, Seconded by Coutanche It is recommended that the draft minutes of the Human Resources Committee meeting held on Thursday, February 26, 2015 be adopted as printed and circulated.
