and 4, (Oro), Township of Oro - Medonte, 2014 - ZBA -18, (Greg & Nadia Bell).
Deputy Mayor Hough called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. and explained the public
meeting has been called under the authority of the Planning Act, Section 34, R.S.O.
1990 c. P.13, to obtain public comment with respect to a proposed Amendment to the
Zoning By -law, Application 2014 - ZBA -18 (Bell) to amend the zoning of the lands located
at 2937 Ridge Road West, Concession 2, Part of Lot 2, Registered Plan 51 R- 31848 and
Part 1 Registered Plan 51 R- 33292, Parts 3 and 4, formerly in the Township of Oro, in
the Township of Oro - Medonte.
Notice of the Public Meeting was mailed to landowners within 120m (400 feet) of the
- specified site on November 19, 2014 and a sign posted on the subject property on
November 10, 2014. The Public Meeting notice was also posted on the Township's
website on November 19, 2014.
The following correspondence was received at the meeting: Simcoe County District
School Board dated November 21, 2014; Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority
dated November 28, 2014.
Andria Leigh, Director, Development Services, explained the purpose and effect of the
proposed amendment. A PowerPoint presentation was presented.
The following public persons offered verbal comments with respect to the proposed
amendment: Celeste Phillips, on behalf of the applicant, was available to answer any
questions.

Deputy Mayor Hough advised that no additional deputations to Council will be permitted
with respect to the proposed amendment.
