Call to Order - Private Prayer /Moment of Reflection: Councillor Meyer assumed the Chair and called the meeting to order. 2. Adoption of Agenda: a) Motion to Adopt the Agenda. Motion No. HR141112 -1 Moved by Hughes, Seconded by Crawford Time: 1:05 p.m. It is recommended that the agenda for the Human Resources Committee meeting of Wednesday, November 12, 2014 be received and adopted as amended to retitle Item 5d) from Robin Dunn, CAO, re: Personal matter about an identifiable individual (Labour Relations) to Robin Dunn, CAO, re: Labour relations /employee negotiations (Labour Relations). And That it be recommended to Council that the remaining 2014 Funds approved under Shared Costs — Performance Management be reallocated to the CAD's Office — Administrative — Consultant Fees for Phase 1 of a Comprehensive Communications Review and further that funds be identified in the 2015 Budget for Phase 2 and 3.
