1. That Report No. DS2014-19, Andria Leigh, Director of Development Services re: Site
Plan Agreement, 2014 -SPA -03, (Robert & Sarah Ashwood), Part of Block C Plan M9,
(Former Township of Oro), Oro-Medonte be received and adopted.
2. That the Township of Oro-Medonte enters into a Site Plan Agreement with Robert &
Sarah Ashwood to permit a single detached dwelling at Part of Block C, Plan M-9
3. That the appropriate by-laws be brought forward for Council's consideration to enter
into a Site Plan Agreement with Robert & Sarah Ashwood and to remove the Holding
Symbol from lands described as Part of Block C, Plan M-9.
4. And that the owner be notified of Council's decision under the Director of
Development Services' signature.

2. And That the Clerk bring forward the appropriate By-law to adopt the Temporary Use
to permit: Buildings Supply Outlets and Showroom, Business Offices, Custom
Workshops, Retail Stores accessory to a permitted use, Building Contractors Supply
Outlet, Auction Centre, Contractor's Yard, Warehouses, Outdoor Storage Uses,
Banquet Hall, Recreational Vehicle Sales Establishment (Snowmobiles, 4x4
vehicles), Construction Equipment Sales Establishment, Swimming Pool and Spa
Sales Establishment, Dock and Seasonal Sales Establishment, Motor Vehicle Sales

its marketing channels.

1. That the correspondence dated April 26, 2014 from Michael McSweeney, President
and CEO, Cement Association of Canada and presented by Mayor H.S. Hughes, re:
Proposed Changes to Ontario Building Code, Construction of Six Storey Wood
Frame Buildings be received.
2. That the Township of Oro-Medonte supports the said correspondence
and requests deferral of any proposed mid -rise wood frame changes to the Ontario
Building Code until after the 2015 National Building Code of Canada is debated and
the fire safety issues are adequately addressed.
3. And That the Honourable Bill Mauro, Minister of Municipal Affairs; Garfield Dunlop,
Simcoe North MPP; and the Cement Association of Canada be notified of Council's
decision under the Mayor's signature.
