THB CORPORATION OF THB TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTB BY-LAW NO. 94-152 A By-law to Rezone Part of Lot 15, Concession 8, Township of Oro-Medonte (formerly Township of Medonte), county of Simcoe. WHEREAS Zoning By-law No. 1990-22 was enacted to regulate the use of land and the character, location and use of buildings and structures within the Township of Medonte; AND WHEREAS the council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro- Medonte deems it appropriate to further amend By-law No. 1990-22, as amended; AND WJIRR."R authority is granted pursuant to section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990 c. P. 13, to the council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte to exercise such powers. NOW THBRBFORB THB COUNCIL OF THB CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MBDONTB ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Schedule "A", Map 2 to By-law 1990-22 for the Township of Medonte as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning those lands shown on Schedule "A", attached hereto, from the Rural Exception (RU-l) Zone to the Residential Exception (Rl- 9) Zone and from the Rural Exception (RU-l) Zone to the Private open Space (OS2) Zone and from the Rural Exception (RU-l) Zone to the Residential Holding (Rl(H)) Zone. 2. Notwithstanding the minimum lot area in Subsection 2.1.3, the lands located in Part of Lot 15, Concession 8, and shown as Rl-9 on Schedu~e "A", Map 2 shall have a minimum lot area of 1860 square metres. 3. Schedule "A", attached, forms part of this By-law. 4. This By-law shall take effect and come into force pursuant to the provisions of and regulations made under the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990.c.
