AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, to the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte to exercise such powers. Ii Ii NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-XEDONTE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: ,. , ,ii i 1. n Schedule "A1" to By-law 1982-23, as amended for the Township of Orillia as amended is hereby further amended by rezoning those lands shown on Schedule "A", attached hereto, from the Extractive Industrial Holding (HM3) Zone to a Site Specific Extractive Industrial Holding (HM3-1) Zone. II ., Ii n Ii 2. ii Ii Ii ii' section 4.21.1 Permitted Uses, of By-law 1982-23, for the Township of Orillia as amended is further amended by adding the following: Ii ii " , .. il " II Ii 3. Section 4.21. 5 Special Zone Categories - Extractive Industrial Holdings (HM3) Zone, of By-law 1982-23, for the Township of Orillia as amended is further amended by adding the following special exception: " 1. Ii Ii Ii I. 11 il I,) Extractive Industrial Holdinq Exception (HM3-1) Notwi thstanding section 4.21. 1 and Section 10.3.2 (b) and (c), of the By-law as the apply to the Extractive Industrial Holding (HM3) Zone, those lands described as Part of Lot 7, Concession 1, located in Schedule "A1" and zOned "HM3-1", shall be used solely for a gas pumping station and accessory uses related thereto. Accessory office space is not permitted.
