1994-128 Restore Part of Lot 20, Con 5 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE BY-LAW NO. 94~128 A By-law to Rezone Part of Lot 20, concession 5, Township of Oro-Medonte (formerly Township of oro), county of Simcoe. WHEREAS Zoning By-law No. 1031 was enacted to land and the character, location and use structures within the Township of Oro; regulate the use of of buildings and AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro- Medonte deems it appropriate to further amend By-law No. 1031, as amended; AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990 c. P. 13, to the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte to exercise such powers. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Schedule "F", Map 10 to By-law 1031 for the Township of Oro as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning those lands shown on Schedule "A", attached hereto, from the HOlding (H) Zone to the General Residential (RG) Zone and from the Holding (H) Zone to the Recreation and open space (OSI) Zone. 2. Schedule "A", attached, forms part of this By-law. 3. This By-law shall take effect and come into force pursuant to the provisions of and regulations made under the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990 c.
