WHEREAS The. Corporation of the TowfU/hip of Oro-Medonte is the registend owner of
Lot 108, Plan 51M-456, which i$ one of a number of LoU. held by the Tawn.thip as security under tlu:
Subdiuisian Agreement for Plan. 51M-456, for the cost of 1'eC01I$t1'uCting the 4th Lint:i
AND WHEREAS the Township has receiued a request(mmHarseshoe &$ort Corporation
fa exchange Lot lOB, Plan 51M456 for Lot 145, Pinn 51M-456, which is presently owned by Horseshoe
&$ort Carpol'QJiQn;
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF ORo-MEDONTE ENACTS AND BJi; IT ENACTED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Corporation of the Township afOra-Medonle is auiharized to exchan.ge Lot 108, Plan 51M-456
for Lot 145, Plcm 51M -456 on the condition thai Hor$e8Me &sort Corporation lodge, with the TDwnship,
monies or a L.ettu of Crr:dit in the amount of $20,000.00 as additional BSCurity to be Judd by the Township
pwsuant to the Subdivision Agreement for Pion 51M-456.
2. The Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized and in.tt:ru.Ctei1 to perform all acts and to tali:e all
such steps and em:ute s/U)h documents under the seal of the Corporation as may bt: n=MU')' to effect
such e.>x:h=ge of Lots.
3. Thi. By.Law shall com" inl<> force ll1>d take effect immediately upon the final passing thereof
