THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-KEDONTE
BY-LAW NO. 94-110
A By-law to Rezone Part of Lots 5 and 6, Concession 14, Township
of Oro-Medonte (formerly Township of Oro), County of Simcoe.
WHEREAS Zoning By-law No. 1031 was enacted to regulate the use
of land and the character, location and use of buildings and
structures within the Township of Oro;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Oro-Medonte deems it appropriate to further amend By-law No.
1031, as amended;
AND WHEREAS this By-law is in conformity with the Official Plan
Amendment No. 65 of the Township of Oro;
AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to Section 34 of the
Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990 c. P. 13, to the Council of the
Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte to exercise such
powers.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
ORO-KEDONTE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1.
Schedule "F", Map 3 to By-law 1031 for the Township of Oro
as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning those
lands shown on Schedule "A", attached hereto, from the
Agricultural (A) Zone to the Estate Residential Exception
(RE-4) Zone, and from the Agricultural (A) Zone to the
Estate Residential Exception (RE-5) Zone, and from the
Inherent Hazard Lands (OS2) Zone to the Estate Residential
Exception (RE-4) Zone, and from the Agricultural (A) Zone
to the Inherent Hazard Lands Exception (OS2-3) Zone.
That Subsection 7.4.3, Exceptions, to By-law 1031, as
amended, for the Township of Oro is amended by adding the
following subsection thereto:

"7.4.3.4
Don Davidson, Part of Lots 5 and 6,
Concession 14
Notwithstanding the prov~s~ons of Section
7.4.2 of this By-law, the lands comprised of
Part of Lots 5 and 6, Concession 14, and
zoned On Schedule "F", Map 3 as RE-4 shall
have a minimum lot frontage of 74 metres and
a minimum lot area requirement of 4.1
hectares."

That Subsection 7.4.3, Exceptions, to By-law 1031, as
amended, for the Township of Oro is amended by adding the
following subsection thereto:
"7.4.3.5
Don Davidson, Part of Lots 5 and 6,
Concession 14
Notwithstanding the prov~s~on5 of Section
7.4.2 of this By-law, the lands comprised of
Part of Lots 5 and 6, Concession 14, and
zoned on Schedule "F", Map 3 as RE-5 shall
have a minimum lot frontage of 317 metres
and a minimum lot area requirement of 10.35
hectares. "

4. That Subsection 11.2.2, Exceptions, to By-law 1031, as
amended, for the Township of Oro is amended by adding the
following subsection thereto:
"11.2.2.3
Don Davidson, Part of Lots 5 and 6,
Concession 14
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section
11.2.1 of this By-law, the lands comprised
of Part of Lots 5 and 6, Concession 14 and
zone of Schedule "F". Map 3 as OS2-3 shall
not be used for the erection of any building
or structure or alteration of the existing
natural environment save and except for
structures for conservation, flood control,
or creek crossing as approved by the
Ministry of Natural Resources."
5. Schedule "A", attached, forms part of this By-law.
6. This By-law shall take effect and come into force pursuant
to the provisions of and regulations made under the
Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990 c. P. 13.
