1994-091 To Rezone Part of Lot 9, Concession 14, Township of Oro-Medonte (formerly Township of Medonte), County of Simcoe i i i , , I iJ i THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE BY-LAW NO. 94- 91 1- A By-law to Rezone Part of Lot 9, Concession 14, Township of Oro-Medonte (formerly Township of Medonte), county of Simcoe. WHEREAS Zoning By-law No. 1990-22 was enacted to regulate the use of land and the character, location and use of buildings and structures within the Township of Medonte; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro- Medonte deems it appropriate to further amend By-law No. 1990-22, as amended; AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990 c. P. 13, to the council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte to exercise such powers. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: , " i ,I 1. Schedule "A", Map 1 to By-law 1990-22 for the Township of Medonte as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning those lands shown on Schedule "A", attached hereto, from the Rural (RU) Zone to the Rural Exception (RU-11) Zone and from the Low Environmental Sensitivity (ES2) Zone to the Rural Exception (RU-11) Zone. section 2.19.7 RU Zone Exceptions of By-law 1990-22 for the Township of Medonte as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the following special exception: 2. !I " RU-11 (Part Lot 9, Concession 14) Notwithstanding the regulations of Subsection 2.19.3, the provisions of Subsection 2.6.3 (a) shall apply to the lands located in Lot 9, Concession 14, shown as RU-11 on Schedule "A", Map 1, with the exception of the minimum lot area which shall be 1.6 hectares and the maximum number of dwelling units which shall be two (2). The lands shall be restricted to the following uses: a convenience store, bakeshop, delicatessen and restaurant with a maximum seating capacity of twelve (12) persons, a maximum total of ten (10) employees for these commercial uses, and a maximum of two (2) apartments of two (2) bedrooms each. The pedestrian entrance to all residential units shall be separate from the entrance to all other uses of the building." , , 3 II . 4 . iT Schedule "A", attached, forms part of this By-law. This By-law shall take effect and come into force pursuant to the provisions of and regulations made under the planning Act, R.S.O., 1990 c. P. 13.
