EREAS Zoning By-law No. 1031 was enacted to regulate the use o land and the character, location and use of buildings and st uctures within the Township of oro; EREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of donte deems it appropriate to further amend By-law No. s amended; AS authority is granted pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990 c. P. 13, to the Council of the Corporati of the Township of Oro-Medonte to exercise such powers. THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. 1031 of the Township of Oro, as amended, namely Section 9.4 Resort Commercial Subsection 9.4.3 Exce tions is hereby fu ther amended by adding an additional section as follows: "5. Notwithsta ding the provisions of section 9.4.1 (a) and (b) of this By-law, the uses permitted on those lands descri ed as Part of Lot 1, Concession 5, and shown on Sch ule "F", Map 1 as (C3-5), shall be as follows: L - take-out - pharmacy - doctor or denti office - chiropractor \ - medical lab , - food store." \ Schedule "F", Map 1 to BY-l~ 1031 for the Townsh,ip of Oro as amended, is hereby furths,r amended by rezonl.ng those lands shown on Schedule "A",\ attached hereto, from the Rural (RU) Zone to the Resort ~ommercial Exception (C3~5) and from the Rural (RU) Zone ~o the Resort commercl.al Exception Holding (C3-5(H)) zone.\ Schedule "A", attached, forms part,\f this By-law.
