WHEREAS the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.45, sections 193 and 195 authorizes Municipal Corporations to pass by-laws for the sale of lands. AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Oro- Medonte has deemed it desirable to convey certain lands on such terms as hereinafter set out. NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte enacts as follows: 1. That The Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte convey the following lands, namely: All of Nannia street and All of Augusta Street (on the South side of Lorenzo Street), Registered Plan 132, Township of Medonte, pursuant to the terms and conditions set out in the Deed. 2. That the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized to do all things necessary to carry out the intent of this by- law. By-law read a first and second time this 26th day of January, 1994.
