THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-XEDONTE
BY-LAW HO. 96-06
BEING A BY-LAW TO REZOHE CONCESSION 10, LOT 10, RP 51R-12027, PART
1, TOWNSHIP OF ORO-KEDONTE (FORMERLY TOWNSHIP OF ORO), COUNTY OF
SIXCOE
WHEREAS Zoning By-law No. 1031 was enacted to regulate the use of
land and the character, location and use of buildings and
structures within the Township of Oro;
AND WHERBAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-
Medonte deems it appropriate to further amend By-law No. 1031, as
amended;
AND WHEREAS this By-law is in conformity with the Official Plan of
the Township of Oro;
AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to section 34 of the
Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, to the Council of the corporation of
the Township of Oro-Medonte to exercise such powers;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
ORO-XEDOHTE EHACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "F", Map 2 to By-law 1031 for the Township of Oro, as
amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning those lands
shown on Schedule "A", attached hereto, from the Estate
Residential (RE) Zone to the Estate Residential Exception (RE-
6) Zone.
2. That section 7.4.3, Exceptions, to By-law 1031, as amended, is
hereby further amended by adding the following subsection
thereto:
"6. Pidwerbecki. Conc. 10. Pt. Lot 10. 51R-12027 Part 1
Notwithstanding the permitted uses of section 7.4.1 of this
By-law, the lands comprised of Part of Lot 10, Concession 10,
and zoned on Schedule "F", Map 2 as RE-6 may be used as a bed
and breakfast establishment with 2-3 bedrooms."
3. Schedule "A", attached, forms part of this By-law.
4. This By-law shall take effect and come into force pursuant to
the provisions of and regulations made under the Planning Act,
R.S.O. 1990.
