BY-LAW NO. 96-07
Beinq a By-Law to Authorize the Issuance of
a certificate of substantial completion and Acceptance
Above Ground Works (windfield Country Estates - Phase II)
WHEREAS Council for the corporation of the Township of Oro
entered into a Subdivision Agreement for Windfield Country
Estates;
AND WHEREAS Bill 51, An Act respecting the Restructuring of
the County of Simcoe was passed December 14, 1993 and
amalgamating that portion of land upon which Windfield Country
Estates is situate;
AND WHEREAS the requirements of this Subdivision Agreement
have now been met;
HOW THEREFORE the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte
hereby enacts as follows:
1. That the certificate of Substantial Completion and
Acceptance for Windfield Country Estates may now be
issued by the Township Engineer CR. G. Robinson &
Associates) in compliance with section 7 of the
Subdivision Agreement between the corporation of the
Township of Oro and windfield Country Estates.
2. That this By-law shall come into force and take effect on
the final date of passing thereof.
READ a first and second time this 7th day of February 1996.
READ a third time and finally passed this 7th day of February
1996.

Description of the Works:
Roadway in Phase IT ofWindfields Country Estates, consisting ofWindfields Drive from the 5th Line Oro,
westerly to the cul-de-sac for a distance of393 metres (1,289 feet).
We, R.G. Robinson and Associates (Barrie) Ltd., notify the Municipality that the above mentioned works
were inspected by us on September 12.1995 and to the best of our knowledge and judgement, are complete
in accordance with the Subdivision Agreement except for the deficiencies below:
. The four deficiencies noted in September 28, 1995 letter to Township.
. The french drain system as indicated in deficiency Item No.1 will require a minimum twelve month
maintenance period which could extend beyond required overall two year maintenance if not installed
prior to September 12, 1996.
We hereby accept these works for use and operation by the Municipality subject to the rectification of the
above noted deficiencies and to the rectification of any further deficiencies that may become apparent
during the maintenance period and to the maintenance that is required by the Subdivision Agreement.
The date of Substantial Completion and Acceptance is established by the Certificate as September 12.
