Councillor Crawford assumed the Chair and called the meeting to order.
2. ADOPTION OF AGENDA:

Be it resolved that Section 12.1 of Procedural By -law No. 2011 -011 be waived to permit
the addition of an item to the April 25, 2013 Human Resources Committee agenda
during the adoption of the agenda.
