REAS the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.45, section 207, Subsection
, provides that a council of a Municipality may by By-law appoint such
ficers and servants as may be necessary for the purposes of the

WHEREAS the Police Services Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.15, Part 1,
tion 15, provides that a municipal council may appoint persons to
orce the by-laws of the municipality;
THEREFORE the Council of The corporation of the Township of Oro-
onte hereby enacts as follows:
1. That employees of The Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte as
designated by the Chief By-law Enforcement Officer are appointed
By-law Enforcement Officers for the purposes of parking
infractions.
2. That this By-law shall come into full force and effect on its final
passing thereof.
