CALL TO ORDER - PRIVATE PRAYER/MOMENT OF REFLECTION: Councillor Crawford assumed the Chair and called the meeting to order. 2. ADOPTION OF AGENDA: a) Motion to Adopt the Agenda. Motion No. HR130221 -1 Moved by Hughes, Seconded by Meyer It is recommended that the agenda for the Human Resources Committee meeting of February 21, 2013 be received and adopted. Carried. 3.
