CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO
BY -LAW No_ 86 -68
A BY -LAW TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF
A REVISED SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT FOR REGISTERED PLAN M -118
WHEREAS the Municipality has entered into a Subdivision Agreement dated
the 20th day of December, 1976 for Plan M -118, being a Registered Plan of
Subdivision for Part of Lots 26 and 27, Concession 7, Township of Oro;
AND WHEREAS only Phase One Lots 1 -27 have been completed;
AND WHEREAS David H. McKee Properties Inc. has purchased and now Is the
registered and beneficial owner of Phase Two Lots 28 -70 and Phase Three Lots
71 -125;
AND WHEREAS the Subdivider wishes to proceed with the development of part
of Phase Two being Phase Two A Lots 36 -58;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to replace and supercede the existing
Subdivision Agreement for Plan M -118 dated the 20th day of December, 1976
with a revised Agreement insofar as it applies to Plan M -118 Phase Two A Lots
36 -58;
NOW THEREFORE The Council of the Corporation of The Township of Oro hereby
enacts as follows:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of
the Municipal Corporation of the Township of Oro, a revised Subdivision
Agreement between David H. McKee Properties Inc. and the Municipality
in respect to Plan M -118 Phase Two A Lots 36 -58.
2. That the revised Agreement shall be registered against the lands to which
it applies.
3. That the Municipality shall be entitled to enforce the provisions of the
revised Agreement pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act against
any and all subsequent owners of the lands.
4. That this By -Law shall come into full force and effect on the passage thereof
By -Law read a first and second time this 15 day of July , 1986.
By -Law read a third time and finally passed this 15 day of July , 1986.
