BY-LAW NO. 98- 85

Being a By-law to Enter into a Lease Agreement between Henderson, Paddon & Associates
Limited for Office Facilities
WHEREAS Henderson, Paddon & Associates Limited desires to secure office space facilities;
AND WHEREAS the space is available in the former Medonte Administration Centre;
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that The Corporation of the Township ofOro-Medonte
enacts as follows:
1, That the lease agreement between Henderson, Paddon & Associates and The Corporation
of the Township ofOro-Medonte for premises described as Pt. Lot 16, Conc, 9, former
Medonte, be accepted, August 1, 1998.
2. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute said Lease Agreement, attached
hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this By-law,
3. That this By-law shall come into full force and effect on August 1, 1998,
By-law read a first and second time this 19th day of August, 1998.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of August, 1998.

Schedule "A"
THIS AGREEMENT MADE THIS
DAY OF
,1998
BETWEEN:
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE
hereinafter called the Township
AND-
HENDERSON, PADDON & ASSOCIATES LIMITED
hereinafter called Henderson, Paddon
The Township shall rent to Henderson, Paddon office space in the former Medonte Township
Office, PI. Lot 16, cone. 9, former Medonte, based on the following terms and conditions:
1. The Township shall provide one room of approximately 12' x 14', one meeting room and
access to washroom facilities,
2, The Township shall allow Henderson, Paddon access to the rooms as required on a 24
hour basis,
Henderson agrees to the following terms and conditions:
I, Henderson, Paddon will pay the Township $250,00 per month for the rental, payments to
be made in advance for the months of August 1998 to October 1998 inclusive.
2. Henderson, Paddon will obtain all necessary approvals in order to operate their business.
3. Henderson, Paddon will provide the necessary office furnishings.
4. Henderson, Paddon will provide the necessary telephone servicing.
5. Henderson, Paddon will provide their own insurance for their equipment and hold the
Township harmless,
6. Henderson, Paddon will provide their own security for their equipment if required.
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 30 days written notice,
That this agreement shall be effective August 1, 1998 for a period of 3 months and may bc
renewed at the end of3 months.
