1998-107 To Designate Certain Plans of Subdivision not to be Registered Plans of Subdivision within the Meaning of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990 c.P.13 . . .iI< THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE BY-LAW NO. 98- 107 BEING A BY-LAW TO DESIGNATE CERTAIN PLANS OF SUBDIVISION NOT TO BE REGISTERED PLANS OF SUBDIVISION wnHIN THE MEANING OF THE PLANNING ACT R.S.O. 1990 c. P. 13, AS AMENDED. WHEREAS it is considered desirable in order to control adeqnately the development of certain areas within the Township ofOro-Medonte, that certain existing Plans of Subdivision be deemed not to be registered Plans of Subdivision for the purposes of Section 50(3) of the Planning Act RS,Q. 1990 c. P, 13, as amended. AND WHEREAS Section 50(4) of the said Planning Act provides for the passing of necessary by_ laws designating any Plan of Subdivision or part thereof that has been registered for eight years or more, to not be registered Plans of Subdivision for the purposes of Section 50(3) of the said Planning Act RS. O. 1990 c, P. 13, as amended. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: The following lots on a designated Registered Plan of Subdivision with the Township of Oro- Medonte (formerly Township of Oro), in the County of Simcoe namely Lots 334 and 335, Registered Plan 626, Concession 10, are hereby deemed not to be registered lots on a Plan of Subdivision for the purposes of Section 50(3) of the Planning Act RS.O. 1990 c,P.13, as amended BY-LAW READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME, THIS 4th DAY OF November ,1998.
