It is recommended that the minutes of the Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting of
Thursday, September 22, 2011 be adopted as printed and circulated.

a) Donna Hewitt, Director of Corporate and Strategic Initiatives, re: Tour of Township
Facilities.
The Committee left at 1:17 p.m. and toured the following Township Facilities:
• Township Administration Office;
• Old Town Hall;
• Jarratt Hall;
• Carley Hall;
• Eady Hall;
• Rugby Hall.
The Committee returned to the Township Administration Office at 3:22 p.m.
