THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE BY-LAW NO. 1999-87 Being a By-law to Enter into a Lease Agreement between Alteriors Investments Ltd. for Office Space at Ceramica Tile Centre Ltd. for a Tourist Information Kiosk WHEREAS The Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte desires to secure office space facilities; AND WHEREAS the space is available at Ceramica Tile Centre Ltd., 2877 Hwy. 11, Oro Station, Ontario; NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that The Corporation of the Township of Oro- Medonte enacts as follows: 1. That the lease agreement between Alteriors Investments Ltd. and The Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte for premises described as Plan 1195, Lot 2, be accepted, July 28,1999. 2. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute said Lease Agreement, attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this By-law. 3. That this By-law shall come into full force and effect on August 18,1999. By-law read a first and second time this 18th day of August, 1999. By-law read a third time and finally passed this 18th day of August, 1999. AND - CERAMICA TILE CENTRE LTD. hereinafter called Altenors Investments Ltd. The Township shall rent from AlteriOrs Investments Ltd. shared store front office space (main floor) for a pilot project for a Tourist Information Kiosk at 2877 Hwy. 11. Ora Station, Ontario. de$cribed a$ Plan 1195. Lot 2. based on the fOllowing terms and conditions: 1. Alteriors agrees to allow shared floor space with the Township of Oro- Medonta (approximate floor space to be discussed). 2. The term ofthe tenancy shall be from July 28,1999 to October 28.1999. 3. The rental rate will be $150.00 per month plus GST ($160.50 per month) for three months. for a total of $481.50, inclusive of all utilities. 4. Payment will be monthly In advance on the 28'h of each month. 5. The Tourist Information Kiosk should carry necessary insurance coverage as deemed necessary. Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 30 days written notice. This agreement shall be effective July 28, 1999 for a period of 3 months and may be renewed at the end of 3 months.
