1. CALL TO ORDER - PRIVATE PRAYER/MOMENT OF REFLECTION:
Mayor H.S. Hughes assumed the Chair and called the meeting to order followed by a
private prayer /moment of reflection.
2. ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA:

Mayor.
