WHEREAS Zoning By -law No. 1031 was enacted to regulate the use of land and the character, location and use of buildings and strictures within the 7bwnehip of Ore. AND MERFAS Q s:cil exacted By -law 86-50 to implement Official Plan Amendment M. 22 and to permit the Antomotive Flea Market use. AND wiffiRFAS an Ontario. Mndcipal Board hearing was held on By -law 86-50. AND hOQ:I✓FAS the Ontario Mmicipal Board in its decision dated September 23rd, 1986 under files 0- 860042 and R- 860269 directed that the by -law be amended m as to (a) add the Flea Market us, as a permitted use to the Agricultural Zane for the subject lards (b) restrict the use to 2 Automotive Flea Markets per year (c) include the entire property in the respective zone (d) include a site plan and site plan agreement as part of the by -law. NO! 71MREFORE THE COMM OF THE CORPORATION OF THL TOM OF ORO Et AM AS FO1dAP5: I. Sd'medule "A" to By -law 86-50 is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Scheduleu "A" and "B" attached hereto. 2. Sections 2 to 4 inclusive to By -law 86-50 are hereby deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following: "2 Section 6 Agricultural (A) Zane is hereby amended by adding a new subsection entitled 'Exceptions" as follows: "6.4 E— eptions" 3. =im 6.4 Exceptions is hereby amended by adding a new Clause 1 to read as follows: "1 In addition to the permitted use. and requirements of subsections 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 those lands located in part of Ints 21 and 22, Concession VIII and shown on Schedule "D" a.
