Section 50(6) of The Plann Act, R S.O., 1983, it is now ''deemed desirable to ,further amend the': Subd talon Agreement and Addendum No: l in lespect to Plan 51 M -187; by Addendum No 2. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro hereby enacts as follows: L That the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the. Municipal Corpoiion of the - Township,: of` Oro, an addendum to the Subdivision Agreement" between 55 -65 Broadway 'Avenue Division ,of Leo Contracting,: , (1979 }":;Inc.; and the_. ° Municipallty, in .respect of sands ;being composed of PIan 5IM -187, and all documents -in connection therewith. 2. That an execution, the addendum to the Subdivision Agreement referred to in :Section 1, ,above; shalt be registered 'against the .lands to which it applies: 3. That. ;the Municipality shall ' be ;:entitled to enforce the provisions of the addendum to :'the Subdivision .Agreement, referred o in Section' 1, above, against.the regl4tered owner and•any and all subsequent owners of the lands. 4.
