OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO- MEDONTE 2011- ZBA -20 (Langman) TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro - Medonte will hold a Public Meeting on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at 7 :00 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers. The purpose of the Public Meeting is to obtain public comments on a proposed Amendment to the Zoning By- law; under Section 34 of the.Planning Act, R.S.O.1990 c. P. 13. THE PURPOSE of the proposed Zoning By -law Amendment is to rezone the lands described as Concession 13, East Part of Lot 6, RP 51 R -8715, Part 2, municipally known as 1792 Line 13 North. The subject property is located west of Line 13 North, north of Bass Lake Sideroad East in the Township of Oro - Medonte. The subject lands are presently zoned Agricultural/Rural (ALRU) Zone, and are proposed to be zoned to Agricultural /Rural Exception (A/RU *) Zone and Rural Residential Two Exception (RUR2 *) Zone, to recognize the deficient interior side yard setback of the existing agricultural building and lot area in the..RUR2 Zone. If a person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the Township of Oro - Medonte in respect of the proposed Amendment does not make oral submission at the Public Meeting, or make written submissions to the Township before the proposed Amendment is adopted, the Ontario Municipal Board may dismiss all or part of the appeal.
