As such, the County of Simcoe passed Entrance By-law No. 5544 which regulates the construction, alteration or change in use of, any,' private or public entranceway,, gate or other structure or facUity that permits access to a County. Road. Furthermore, Section 3.1.5 of the By law states: "Entrance construction materials must meet Ontario Provincial Standards or be approved by the Transportation Maintenenre Manager or Transportation Construction' Manager or his or her designate. °, In addition, the existing 'County Road 20 right- of-way fronting the subject properties is approximately 15:25 metres wide,: In accordance with Schedule 5.5 of the current Simcoe County Official Plan; the required basic, right -of -way ' width for County Road 20 is 20.0 metres.
