THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE BY-LAW NO. 99-10 Being a By-law to Authorize the Issuance of a Certificate of Maintenance and Final Acceptance (Above Ground Works) for Ravines of Medonte - 51M-493 The Council of The Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte enacts as follows: 1. That the Certificate of Maintenance and Final Acceptance (Above Ground Works) for Ravines of Medonte - 5lM-493 may now be issued by the Township Engineer (Reid Consulting Engineers) in compliance with the Subdivision Agreement between The Corporation of the Township of Medonte and J. H. Investments Inc. 2. That this By-law shall come into force and take effect on the final date of passing thereof. BY-LAW READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 3:rd DAY OF February 1999. " REID CONSULTING ENGINEERS , CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF MUNICIPAL SERVICES MUNICIPALITY Township of Oro-Medonte PROJECT Ravines of Medonte Plan 51 M-493 DEVELOPER J. H. Investments Inc. FILE NO. MMA & H 43T-89078 DESCRIPTION OF WORKS: Municipal services for the above subdivision consisting generally of roads, storm works, and hydro on Whistler Place and Blackcomb Drive, plus improvements to surrounding Township Roads. We, Reid and Associates (1994) Ltd. hereby notify the Municipality of the Township of Oro-Medonte that the above noted work were inspected by us on September 14, 1998 and to the best of our knowledge and judgement, are complete in accordance with the Subdivision Agreement except for the deficiencies below: 1. Delivery of a player's bench in the park. 2. Deposit of $2,000 for park improvements. 3. Delivery of "As Built" drawings disk. We hereby recommend acceptance of these works for use and operation by the Municipality subiect to the rectification of the above noted deficiencies and to the rectification of any further deficiencies that may become apparent during the maintenance period and to the maintenance that is required by the Subdivision Agreement.
