Mayor Beard chaired the meeting and called the meeting to order at 9:00 p.m.
Council recessed at 12:30 p.m. for lunch and reconvened at 1 :35 p.m.

Mr. Paul Thompson and Mrs. Donna Thompson
requested that the Township of Oro-Medonte cease
directing run off onto his land from the neighbours
through a culvert located on Line 2. Details of the run off
incident were described by Mr. Thompson. The steps
taken by Mr. Thompson to research the situation were
outlined and various viewpoints and information was
provided.
